To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website.

Postage & Packaging
Orders up to £80.00 P&P = £10.00
Orders Over £80.00 P&P = FREE
Delivery
All our products are vacuum packed to seal in all the freshness. They are then placed in a poly-box with ice packs to keeps everything cool during transit.
All orders are dispatched from us on a Wednesday (late afternoon) by overnight courier for delivery on Thursday.
Therefore, orders must be received by 6pm Monday for same week delivery. Any orders received after this will be delivered the following week.
Please ensure that someone will be present to at the delivery address to receive the parcel as a signature is required.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are only able to ship to mainland UK.
Returns
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Payment
Payment is by credit card only through our secure online payment provider (PROTX).
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
Reservation of Title
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
